| Bermuda Memories - Jill Amos Raine Studio |
 |
I feel a wide sense of freedom when I paint on location. I can feel the air; warm, cold, changeable. I notice the smells, and hear all the subtle sounds of nature. Even the inevitable interruptions and distractions help to make my painting an all encompassing experience! I paint as my senses are bombarded by natural harmonies and discords. I react to the divergent lines of our verdant vegetation and at the same time, to the smooth curving lines of the ever present ocean. I absorb all the brilliant colours – colours that challenge me, even defy me to mimic their liveliness on my formidable piece of white paper.

Born in 1970, Bermudian artist and sculptor Graham Foster is strongly influenced by the island in much of his work. While his main direction is steel sculpture and surreal paintings, he also paints several Bermuda themed paintings a year which are made into high quality lithographic prints, personally signed and titled. These are painted in a variety of styles, from surreal to traditional, capturing the island's flaura, fauna, architecture, people and traditions in bold colour and considerable detail. |

| KAFU Hair. Art. Beauty. |
 |
Unmistakably elegant, impeccably designed to create a symbiotic relationship between an art gallery and a hair salon .inspired by the five senses with a Zen like simplicity and tranquility.
KAFU is situated at 8 Parliament Street, directly across from the entrance to Atlantis a six storey upscale apartment building. Just five minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. The setting and design by itself does not account for KAFU’s extraordinary appeal. Additional allure rises from a service that is as rare as it is welcome. |

| Masterworks Museum of Bermuda Art |
 |
The Foundation was started in 1987 by its Director Tom Butterfield, who recognized that a unique body of artwork could be compiled to form a collection that would one day gain worldwide recognition. Construction of the Masterworks Museum of Bermuda Art is now well under way. The doors will open in our 20th Anniversary year, 2008, when the collection will finally be on display in the world’s newest museum! Today, over one thousand pieces make up the collection (currently valued at over $7 million), including three works by Winslow Homer, as well as pieces by Georgia O’Keeffe, Charles Demuth, Marsden Hartley, Albert Gleizes and Ogden Pleissner. Other artists in the collection affirm the influence Bermuda’s beauty has had on the worldwide art scene. |

| Michael Swan Gallery |
 |
Bermuda and Michael Swan are two names which evoke thoughts of a warmth & friendliness set amidst a simplistic, yet almost surrealistic beauty. Bermuda is a name which conjures visions of a beautiful island, steeped in a colourful, mysterious past. It is an island noted for it's friendly, relaxed slow-paced atmosphere. |
