Chatham House is a historic retailer of Cuban cigars. In 1895, John A. P. Pitt erected a small retail store, Pitt & Co. at the corner of Hamilton’s Burnaby Hill and Front Street and selling items such as glassware, furniture, pharmaceuticals and tobacco products. Today, Charles William Pitt, great grandson of the founder, can be found behind the scenes at Chatham House, selling the finest cigars at the store’s original location, including Cohiba, Punch, Romeo Y Julieta, Partagas, Hoyo de Monterrey, Montecristo, Bolivar, and H. Upmann. -Destination Bermuda 2005/2006
