Brunch means bring your appetite

Bermuda has countless dining experiences and one of the most popular is the traditional Sunday Brunch, which is available in many hotels and restaurants. Be warned, the brunch spread has a reputation for being enormous and diners are advised to bring a hefty appetite. The fare comprises soup, salad, hot and cold buffet, a cornucopia of desserts and fresh fruit, accompanied by a complimentary glass of champagne. Chefs prepare to order fresh omelettes, savoury scallops sautéed in garlic, while carvers offer cuts of fresh roast beef and lamb.

Reservations are advisable, as many Bermudians converge on brunch establishments with the entire family and usually stay for a great portion of the afternoon.
