Astwood Dickinson's Bermuda Collection

For decades, Julian Pitkin has created Bermuda icons out of gold - for you to wear in your ears, around your neck, wrist or pinned to your favourite outfit.

He's the mastermind behind Astwood Dickinson's Bermuda Collection - handmade 18kt gold jewellery that's unique to our island.

Here we'll take you behind-the-scenes in Mr Pitkin's workshop, where he and his assistant Diane Richardson create the stunning pieces.

The best part? Jewellery-making involves so much fire. And molten gold.

Since Mr Pitkin and Ms Richardson make everything by hand, their work area is a fascinating glimpse into a rarely-seen art. There's no mechanical mass production here, only raw materials, intricate tools and a determination to create beautiful jewellery that you're sure to love.

To purchase these pieces, visit bermuda.com Shop. We started selling the Bermuda Collection in April and we ship worldwide for no additional charge.
