Griffin's Bistro and Bar located in the main Clubhouse of The St. George's Club is open to the general public Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It overlooks the UNSECO World Heritage site of the old town of St.George's and its historic harbour and offers great food and great wine. The Chef's Table is the latest addition for a special evening with friends or family and if you wish to experience something new let Chef Piero and his team select for you from the available fresh produce. Thursday evening is a regular favourite "Lantern Supper" (al fresco around the pool weather permitting) which offers a tasting menu of four (4) courses and a wine pairing option to expand your wine horizons. The house wine "consumo" is a favourite and worth the trip to the east as is the view of St. George's harbour and all the visiting yachts. Dress code is resort smart in the evening.
