Deanna Van Putten, Concierge Fairmont Southampton Resort Deanna's Top Tips:
Best place to eat: It has to be Waterlot Inn, which is just top-notch. The Surf n’ Turf and the Caesar salad are two of my favourites and the desserts are divine. Best outdoor excursion: Hire a jet ski and get out on the water. The thrill you get from racing around is unbeatable. Best cocktail: The Ocean-tini (a vodka, rum and Hypnotiq based cocktail) available at The Ocean Club. It tastes lovely and goes straight to your head! Best nightspot: LVs (in Hamilton) as they play jazz music and there’s a really nice, laid-back atmosphere. Best attraction: You have to see the Crystal Caves, it’s great to hear the history of the caves and how the two boys stumbled across them. Best beach: Horseshoe Bay as there’s a nice atmosphere and rental chairs and windbreakers are available. If Horseshoe is busy, try Warwick Long Bay for something a little quieter.

Connie Dey, Tour Guide Bermuda National Trust Connie's Top Tips
Best place to eat: Pompano Beach Club. I love the view out there as the water is so shallow and picturesque. It’s unique. Best outdoor excursion: You can’t beat the walk along the South Shore beaches, it’s just so beautiful. All the way from Horseshoe Bay to Warwick Long Bay, the views are gorgeous and there are lots of little coves. Best attraction: All the Bermuda National Trust museums — and if I had to just pick one, it would be Verdmont. It’s worth a visit just to see all the cedar furniture.
