Its grand fireplace, rich dark wood and candlelight give Royston’s the warm feel of a traditional supper club. Named after the owner’s father, Royston’s incorporates details reflective of the real Royston’s tastes, even using his handwriting for their menus. Portions are ample and the wine list extensive, with items such as Gosling’s Bermuda Rum-soaked pork chops and Beef Wellington. Diners enjoy views of the display kitchen, available for cooking demonstrations and wine tasting.
