Hurricane Statistics in Bermuda
Hurricane Fabian was the strongest hurricane to hit Bermuda in 50 years!
 

Statistically, hurricanes brush by the island every 2.57 years, while a direct hit can occur every 10.46 years.

Hurricane Florence passed by Bermuda approximately 50-60 miles west moving NNE on September 11, 2006. There were 90 mph winds causing minor damage.

Hurricane Fabian hit Bermuda on September 5, 2003 with 120mph winds doing major erosion damage along the South Shore of Bermuda, as well as roof and building damage and lots of fallen trees.
