HISTORY
The Property Group was founded in 1996 born of an amalgamation with well-established small agencies, Geoffrey Bird Real Estate, Darling & Dapena and John Trimingham Real Estate. They were joined in 1999 by Cooper Associates. Some of those original agents are still working with The Property Group, thus combining many years of knowledge and expertise. In 2012 The Property Group exchanged ownership, however the new Principals continue to achieve the high standards already set within the group but with further gusto and enthusiasm. They have recently increased their team due to demand to include dynamic individuals who carry the ethos and passion of the group.
