Bermuda’s location is a short “hop” from the US or Canada. Escape the cities, the cold, and the day-to-day grind and be on a pink beach, a superb golf course or pampered in one of the spas for a long weekend. Start planning your getaway here.

Upon arrival, there are no airport jetways in Bermuda; if you need assistance, it is a good idea to pre-arrange with the airline. You will need to fill out two forms prior to entering Bermuda, an Immigration form and a Custom form for declaring anything products you are bringing in to Bermuda. Be aware that fruits and vegetables are not allowed in Bermuda and must be discarded before landing.

There are food concessions available in the Bermuda Departure lounge, so don’t forget to get something to go before you get on the plane. A Departure Tax and Airport Security Fee is included in the cost of the airline ticket.

US Air to charge for second checked bag
  • US Airways announced a change to their baggage policy. Beginning May 5, 2008, $25 will be charged for a second checked bag.
