Bolero Brasserie
Tucked away down a narrow alley just off Front Street, Bolero Brasserie has the feel of a neighbourhood restaurant that you might easily walk past if you didn’t know it was there.
A Hamilton favourite since 2007, Bolero takes much of its inspiration from the bistros and brasseries of the UK and Europe. The emphasis is on straightforward, thoughtfully prepared food that allows quality ingredients and flavour to take centre stage.
