Bermuda Weddings require a few simple steps to make it all happen. Here are some helpful list of tips to get you a closer to your dream wedding in Bermuda! Firstly, you will need a Notice of intended marriage form https://www.gov.bm/sites/default/files/Notice%20of%20Intended%20%20Marriage%20-%20Form%20A.pdf . This form must be printed on white legal paper (8.5″ x 14″). You can mail the form once complete to the Register General and include a cashier’s cheque or bank draft made payable to the Accountant General in the amount of US $368. Copies of final divorce or death certs if applicable must be included.

You or a designated person can pick up the marriage license and it will be valid for three months. You will need two witnesses to be wed in Bermuda. Witnesses must be over 18 years of age and be present at the ceremony.
